In 1999 our company expanded its range of service to include the recovery of often substantial amounts from governments and their agencies.

Born and raised in Chicoutimi, QC, André Beaulieu is a graduate in Business Administration of the Royal Military College. On retiring from the Canadian Armed Forces, he founded Difference Plus. He sharpened his business skills to become Canada’s leading player in the highly specialized field of recovering any and all types of lost funds for both business and individual clients.
A generous and public-spirited person, André devotes his energy to charitable organizations in the service of families grappling with autism, himself being the father of an autistic young adult.
André has left his mark on hundreds of clients with his honesty and unquestionable integrity.
